Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1⁄4 cup Flour
- 2 tbsps Oil
- 1⁄4 tsp Salt
- 1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Red Wine optional
- 3 Potatoes diced
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 2 stalk Celery chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 packet Beef Stew Seasoning
Instructions
Mix flour, salt and pepper into gallon-sized, Ziploc bag. Add beef and shake to coat.
Sauté coated beef in 2 tbsps olive oil until browned. Add chopped onion to beef to sauté and soften. Turn off sauté mode and deglaze Instant Pot with wine and/or some beef broth.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in garlic, bay leaf, paprika, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Set to Pressure Cook for 35 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes.
Release pressure, stir in Beef Stew Seasoning, and serve.
