  • Preheat oven 450 degrees.
  • Pat chicken dry and season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Combine melted butter, olive oil, panko, seasonings and cheese.
  • Spread about 1 tbsp of pesto on each chicken cutlet.
  • Press panko mixture on top of each cutlet until its full covered (no need to do the backside).
  • Sprinkle some paprika on top for extra color and flavor.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
