Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1⁄4 cup Pesto
- 2 tbsps Butter
- Olive Oil
- 1⁄2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1⁄4 tsp Pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup Mozzarella shredded
- 1⁄2 cup Parmesan Cheen
Instructions
- Preheat oven 450 degrees.
- Pat chicken dry and season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Combine melted butter, olive oil, panko, seasonings and cheese.
- Spread about 1 tbsp of pesto on each chicken cutlet.
- Press panko mixture on top of each cutlet until its full covered (no need to do the backside).
- Sprinkle some paprika on top for extra color and flavor.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
