Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 6 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1⁄2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 14.5 oz can Pinto Beans
- 2 tbsps Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1⁄2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Turn your Instant Pot to Saute, then select More. Add the olive oil to the pot. Add the meat and cook until browned, breaking up the beef as you stir.
Add the onion and cook for three more minutes or until softened.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot.
Turn the Instant Pot to the Chili/Beans setting and place the lid on the pot. Cook for 20 minutes. Release pressure either manually or allow it to release naturally.
