Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetables
- 1 cup Rice steamed
- 4 Pineapple Slices canned
- 2 Salmon Filets
- 1⁄2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
Heat grill for indirect cooking.
Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper
Prepare a foil packet by cutting sheets of aluminum foil and folding along the long side to create a crease.
Drizzle one side of each packet with olive oil and top with two pineapple rings followed by the salmon filets and a drizzle of Teriyaki sauce.
Close the foil packet and pinch the sides to seal.
Grill each packet for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with Steamed rice and vegetables.
