How to Make Spicy Salmon

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400° F.
  2. Cut salmon into ½ inch uniform cubes. Be sure to remove any pin bones from the salmon and remove the blood line (dark brown strip on salmon).
  3. Prepare spicy salmon marinade by mixing garlic, ginger (optional), soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha and hot chili oil.
  4. Mix salmon and spicy salmon marinade in small bowl. Optionally, you can marinate for 5-10 minutes for increased flavor.
  5. Spread salmon evenly in one layer on oven baking sheet or in air fryer basket.
  6. Cook in oven or air fryer on 400° F for 5-6 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked. Note: Air fryer tends to cook slightly faster than oven.

Spicy Salmon Bowl

  1. Place cooked rice in bowl.
  2. In bowl, arrange vegetables of choice such as carrot, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, edamame, red onion and/or jalapeno.
  3. Top with spicy salmon.
  4. Drizzle with dressing of choice as desired.
  5. Top with Bang Bang Sauce, optional white or black sesame seeds and/or furikake seasoning.
